In 2015, we saw that there was a need for high quality baking equipment for sourdough bread baking, and that it wasn’t being met. We realized that there were plenty of companies manufacturing baking equipment, but having a hard time getting it into the rights hands. There were all these great ideas and products, but people didn’t know about them as well as they should have. That’s when we opened up our doors to operate the shop online and started getting in touch with the real people that run this industry, you the bakers. Since then we have been later focused on helping our customers find the correct equipment for their needs and we will continue helping our customers by being at the forefront of industry leading equipment.
