This non-stick baguette baking tray is designed to hold 3 baguettes of between 300g and 400g each, coated in organic silicone. The tray will fit a standard domestic oven.

Made of 1.2mm aluminum perforated sheet, for superior heat conductivity and durability, excellent baking performance.

Perforated surface allows better airflow for baking a crispy crust.

When using the tray, lightly oil with a vegetable oil and wash by hand.
